Hello, I am David, once Br. David.

I have been providing first aid and pastoral care to pilgrims since 2006.

I created this website to help enable those who wish to return to Camino to 'give back' by also offering free first aid and pastoral care to pilgrims.

You will find my first aid Camino tips, distilled from many years of visiting Camino, my first aid methods, and what I carry with me.

My own kit is rather large but can be reduced to essentials, enabling you to add a 'grab bag' to your rucksack.

There is necessarily a lot of text so it may be best to view on pc or tablet.
